Privacy
The short version: we collect only what you send us, we use it to reply, and we do not sell it, advertise with it or track you across other sites.
Privacy notice
Effective date: 22 October 2026.
Who this covers
This notice explains how Life UnLocked Partners LLC, doing business as LUL Asset Management (“we”, “us”), handles personal information sent to us through lulassetmanagement.com. It applies to everyone who visits the site, emails us or asks for a backstage tour. FlightDeck, our operations site at lul-lc.com, has its own privacy notice on its Diligence page.
What we collect
- What you send us. When you ask for a backstage tour, the form sends us your name, email address, firm, role, phone number if you give one, and your message. When you email us, we receive your message and your address.
- Technical information. Like any website, ours is delivered by servers that see standard request information: your IP address, browser and device type, the pages requested and when.
We do not ask for, and please do not send through the form or by email, account numbers, Social Security numbers or other sensitive financial information.
How we use it
- To reply to you and arrange a tour or a conversation.
- To keep the site working and protect the form from spam and abuse.
- To meet our legal and regulatory obligations.
We do not sell or rent visitor data, we do not run advertising, and we do not use this site to target you anywhere else.
Who processes it
We share personal information only with the service providers that run this site, and only what each needs to do its job:
- Cloudflare hosts and delivers the site, and its Turnstile check confirms that a form is being sent by a person rather than a bot. Turnstile looks at signals from your browser and your IP address to do that.
- SendGrid (Twilio) delivers form messages to our inbox.
- Wandzilak Web Design, our web developer, serves the site’s accessibility controls; loading them shares standard request information (IP address, browser) with its server.
We may also disclose information when the law requires it, to protect our rights or someone’s safety, or to our regulators.
Cookies and tracking
This site does not set cookies of its own and does not use analytics, advertising or tracking tools. Our fonts, images and film are served from our own site, not from third parties. If you change the accessibility settings (text size, contrast and similar), your browser remembers them on your own device so they stay in place; nothing about them is sent to us.
Do Not Track
Because we do not track visitors over time or across other websites, and do not let third parties do so on this site, the site works the same way whether or not your browser sends a Do Not Track signal.
How long we keep it
We keep your message and address to reply and in line with our record-keeping policies. Our form service keeps a short technical record of each submission (when it arrived, whether it was delivered, and the domain of the email address, not the message) for 30 days.
How we protect it
Traffic to and from this site is encrypted (HTTPS), and the form is protected against automated abuse. No system is perfectly secure, but we take this seriously.
Your choices
Email us at [email protected] and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it where we are not required to retain it. This site is intended for adults; we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes to this notice
If we change this notice, we will post the new version on this page with a new effective date.
